“China policy”是“中国的政策”还是“对华政策”？

China policy意思是“(某国的)对华政策”，而不是“中国的政策”。Chinese policy才是“中国的政策”。

已经制定了对华政策。

China merchant意思是“做对华贸易的商人”，而不是“华裔商人”，Chinese merchant才是“中国商人”。
