“调休”的英文是什么？

“调休”的字面意思就是“调换休息时间”，特指“原定休假的时间不休息而调换到另外的时间再休息”，那么在英文中就可用到以下：
1, change one's shift to get leave later
2, time off in lieu: in lieu /lju/ 类似 instead 作名词表示“代替” 。例如，
We work on Saturdays and have a day off in lieu during the week.
我们每星期六上班，平时换休一天。
