Hook up接触

1）与（他人）接触，与（他人）一起工作。to meet or begin to work with another person or other people
2）与（某人）开始一段恋爱（或性）关系。to begin a romantic or sexual relationship with someone
hook (sb/sth) up (to sth) 给（机器）接（电源），连接（两台机器），将（医疗器械）接到（某人）身上。
