She says, "a shower will have to do." The expression, "have to do," means it will be sufficient - it will be enough - it will be good enough. 她说“冲个澡就可以了。”词组“就可以了”(have to do)意思是够了，够好了。

So, "a shower will have to do" - it will have to be good enough. 所以“冲个澡就可以了”，这就够好了。
