Into the sunshine,
阳光里，
Full of the light,
全是光，
Leaping and flashing,
跳跃着，闪耀着，
From morn till night!

Whiter than snow,
比雪更白，

当风儿吹起，
When the winds blow!

Rushing in spray,

Happy at midnight,

在白天狂欢！
Ever in motion,
总在活动中
Blithesome and cheery,
欢乐而愉快的，
Still climbing heavenward,
总是向上攀爬，
Never aweary;
从不知疲倦；
Glad of all weathers,
喜欢所有的天气，
Still seeming best,
看上去总是最佳状态，
Upward or downward,
向上或向下，
Motion, thy rest;

Full of a nature
