B: 一般来讲,需要具备创造力、沟通能力、个人责任感和解决问题的能力。

A: Do you have all these qualities?

A: 这些能力你具备吗?

B: Yes, I have all of them. I am totally competent to be a senior executive.

B: 是的,所有这些素质我都具备,我完全可以胜任高级主管。

A: If a consumer complains about the quality of your products, what will you do?

A: 如果客户抱怨你们产品质量,你会怎么处理?

B: If I am not in the service center, I will assist others in resolving the consumer complaints. And pass the criticism on to the relevant department.

B: 如果我不在客服中心工作,我会协助其他同事处理客户投诉,并把意见转达给相关部门。
