Within hours of taking office as Britain's new prime minister, Boris Johnson has carried out a major clearout of ministers who served under his predecessor. More than half either resigned or been sacked, leaving a cabinet more likely to support no deal Brexit, if an agreement can't be reached with the EU. Mr.Johnson has promised that Britain will leave the bloc at the end of October, come what may.
