工信部发布“智能制造”发展五年规划

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the five-year blueprint forintelligent manufacturing(2016-2020) at the World Intelligent Manufacturing Summit that opened in Nanjing on Wednesday.
12月7日在南京开幕的世界智能制造合作高峰论坛上，工信部发布了国家《智能制造发展规划(2016—2020年)》。
The plan is a long-term strategic task to develop intelligent manufacturing to generate new growth to improve the country's manufacturing sector.
该规划是发展智能制造、培育经济增长新动能、提升我国制造业的长期战略任务。
智能制造(intelligent manufacturing)是基于新一代信息通信技术与先进制造技术深度融合(deep integration of new generation information and communications technology and advanced manufacturing technology)，贯穿于设计、生产、管理、服务等制造活动的各个环节，具有自感知(self-sensing)、自学习(self-learning)、自决策(self-decision making)、自执行(self-execution)、自适应(self-adaptation)等功能的新型生产方式。
《规划》提出了十大重点任务，包括加快智能制造装备发展(speed up of development in intelligent equipment);加强关键共性技术创新( improve innovation in key common technologies);建设智能制造标准体系(set up of intelligent manufacturing standards,);构筑工业互联网基础(build a foundation for industrial internet);加大智能制造试点示范推广力度(expand intelligent manufacturing trials);推动重点领域智能转型(promote intelligent transformation in key sectors);促进中小企业智能化改造(promote intelligent transformation in small and medium-sized companies);培育智能制造生态体系(build intelligent manufacturing eco system);推进区域智能制造协同发展(promote integrated development of regional intelligent manufacturing);打造智能制造人才队伍(build a team of talented professionals in intelligent manufacturing)等。
