报告指出 中国企业对美投资额创纪录

Chinese companies invested a record of $45.6b inthe US in 2016, tripling the amount in 2015,according to a research report by US consulting firmRhodium Group.

美国咨询公司荣鼎集团的研究报告显示，2016年中国企业在美投资达到了创纪录的456亿美元，是2015年的三倍。

Although merger and acquisition remain theprimary Chinese investment in the US, greenfieldinvestment is continuing fast expansion, the reportsaid.

报告称，尽管并购依然是中国对美投资的主要方式，但绿地投资正继续快速扩张。

"In contrast to the dominance of fossil fuel investments before 2013, more than 90% ofChinese FDI (foreign direct investment) in 2016 was targeting US services and advancedmanufacturing sectors," it said.

报告称，2016年90%以上的中国对外直接投资(FDI)进入了美国的服务业和高端制造业。这与2013年前的情况形成鲜明对比，当时FDI主要流向化石燃料领域。

 

 

Real estate and hospitality, information and communications technology, entertainment, andfinancial services continued to attract the interest of Chinese investors.

具体而言，房地产和酒店、信息和通信技术、娱乐、金融服务继续吸引中国投资者的兴趣。

The report expected China's direct investment in the US to continue experiencing growth in2017, but political realties pose major downside risk to it.

报告预计，2017年中国对美直接投资将继续增长，但政治现实对其构成重大的下行风险。

Other factors, such as stable U.S. economic outlook and the appreciation of U.S. dollar, alsoplayed a role in boosting Chinese investment.

其他因素，比如稳定的美国经济前景和美元升值，也起到了促进中国投资的作用。

US president-elect Donald Trump's cabinet appointments suggest a more confrontationalapproach to trade and investment policy toward China, it said.

报告指出，美国候任总统唐纳德·特朗普的内阁成员任命预示着美国在对华贸易和投资政策上可能将采取更具对抗性的方式。
