   /m/ is also the sound Americans make when food tastes good.They like to exaggerate and say,"mmmmm,this is so good."Sometimes they also say,"yum!"or "tastes yummy!" If you have trouble pronouncing this sound,just picture a big,fat American enjoying a juicy McDonald's hamburger and saying "mmmmmm!"

    Another trick that can help you with /m/ is simple.Just shut up!That's right:shut your mouth.You must shut your mouth to make the /m/ sound correctly!

    /m/ 也是美国在表示食物味道很好时发出的声音。他们喜欢夸张地说：“mmmmm,这真好吃。”有时他们也会说：“yun!(好吃)”或是“tastes yummy!(味道很好！)”。如果你发这个音有困难，只要想像一下：一个胖胖的大个子美国人在吃一个多汁的麦当劳汉堡包，一边说“mmmmmm!”

   还有一个可帮助你发/m/ 的简单技巧：只要闭上嘴！那就对了：闭嘴。你必须闭上嘴才能正确地发出/m/这个音！

Of course,if you are Cantonese,the /m/ sound is a word in your language,so you shouldn't have any trouble with it.
