　　Concluding the Contract

　　1.商务建议

　　合同中，表示确切的日期用on，如on May l(在五月一日当天)。表示到某月某日之前则用by或before o by不包括当天，如by May l(到五月一日之前)就不包括五月一日，指到April 30为止。from May I也不包括当天，意指从May 2开始。若用commencing则包括当天。这些介词的用法，必须事先多加注意，以避免日后发生麻烦。

　　B:Yes,I'll send you the contract note by the end of this month.

　　B:I he contract can be cancelled by mutual agreement and with three months,notice it can be annulled.

　　合同可以经双方协议后取消，且经三个月的公告后，即可废止。mutual 相互的 annul 废止
