Michael: Better than usual. Thanks for asking.

Billy: You seem to be in a good mood.

Michael: I am trying to have a positive attitude toward my job and my life.

Billy: Always look on the bright side, right?

Michael: Right you are, my friend.

PROCEDURE : List twenty of your BEST qualities on twenty small pieces of paper. I know that most of you have many good qualities, but LIMIT yourself to the ones related to WORK in some way. Paste these notes all around your apartment, office or home. Put them in VISIBLE places, or places you often go to: the refrigerator, your computer monitor, your bedroom, your desk, and even the bathroom.

APPLICATIONS: Having a positive attitude and outlook is extremely important in the interview process. Many applicants do poorly at the interview because they lack a positive attitude. Many more, because they are nervous, forget their greatest achievements during the interview. Don't be shy. Tell the world about the good things you haveaccomplished. Keep a positive attitude!

具体适用：在面试时保持正面积极的态度和仪态非常重要。许多申请者之所以面试表现不好是因为它们缺乏积极正面的态度。还有很多是因为紧张，在面试中而忘记了他们过去所取得的成就。保持乐观态度!
