1）原因状语。如：

2）方式状语。如：
Traveling by train, we visited a number of cities. 我们坐火车参观了多个城市。
3）时间状语。如：
Coming into the room, she saw everybody already at their work. 进屋以后，她看到大家已经开始工作。
