在日常生活中我们经常遇到许多自己把握不了的事或是不能立即决定的事，这时就可以用up in the air，指的是悬而未决的事，或是还没做决定的事。比如说：公司将要建一座新工厂，但是地址还没选定。或者约好了朋友去喝茶或是逛街，却不知道去哪里比较合适。这时都可以用It’s still up in the air。
