　　在商务沟通上，作为公司的委托人，遇到原则性的问题时，在应该表示拒绝时，就要斩钉截铁地说No，拐弯抹角地用That's difficult.或Yes，but…(好是好，可是……)来含混其辞，只会令对方认为你答应得不够干脆，而不是在委婉地拒绝。为了公司的利益，适当的时候要果断的说出“NO!"
