　　T： To fulfil your task you have to meet the certain goals， such goals include：

　　①The strengthening and maintenance of the patient's functional capacities.

　　②The prevention of further impairment.

　　③Assisting the patient and his family in dealing with the psychological problems.

　　④The motivation of the patient to realize his potentials encouraging and teaching self-care.

　　⑤Using available resource that can help the patient.

　　⑥Helping the family to adjust to the situation and to obtain necessary assistance. Besides you must always pay attention to the basic nursing care.
