　　Doctor： Tell me which one .

　　D： Does the pain get worse at night?

　　P： Yes ， it hurts so much at night that I can't sleep .

　　D： please open your mouth and let me examine your teeth Oh ， the last molar has a cavity . It is very big . It has caused plupitis ， so it hurts badly.

　　P： How to cure it ?

　　病人：是的，夜间疼香港无法入睡。

　　病人：如何治疗呢?
