面试英语之面试回答技巧(二)

　　在外企面试中有些问题可能会让你觉得比较擅长回答，有些则让你十分苦恼，但不管怎么样，无论问题简单还是复杂能够清晰流畅的回答，并能准确的表达自己的观点则需要一些方法和技巧。

　　1. Can we offer you a career path?

　　我们能够给你提供职业道路吗?

　　A. I believe you could, once I know the normal progression within the organization. Can you tell me about it?" The answer may be revealing.

　　(这样的回答不是很推荐)

　　2. What are your greatest strengths?

　　你的最有利的优势是什么?

　　A. "I can see what needs to be done and do it.”

　　我明白需要做的并完成它。

　　B. "I’m wiling to make decisions.”

　　我倾向于做决定。

　　C. "I work well with others.”

　　我可以很好的和其他人一起搭档工作。

　　D. "I can organize my time efficiently."

　　我能有效的管理我的时间。

　　3. What are you greatest weakness?

　　你最大的劣势是什么?

　　A. "I tend to drive myself hard.”

　　我倾向于对自己要求过于严格。

　　B. "I expect others to perform beyond their capacities.”

　　我期望其他人表现得超出他们能力之上。

　　C. "I like to see a job done quickly.

　　我喜欢看到工作很快被完成。

　　4. What you didn’t like about previous jobs you’ve held?

　　你不喜欢以前工作的哪些方面?

　　A. Discuss the things you didn’t like, but avoid making slighting reference to any of your former employers.

　　(注意不要提及你之前的雇佣者)

　　5. How do you spend your leisure time?

　　你怎么度过业余时间?

　　A.Mention a cross section of interests-active and quiet, social and solitary -- rather just one.

　　(多提及一些你能做的业余活动)

　　6.Are there any weaknesses in your education or experience?

　　在你的教育或经历中有任何的弱势吗?

　　A.Take stock of your weaknesses before the interview. Practice discussing them in a positive light. You’ll find that they are minor when discussed along with all the positive things you have to offer.
