电话会议

背景说明
每一季中国分公司都必须和美国总部报告下一季的产品计划，Kate是中国产品部门的主管，Lucy和Vicky是产品经理，负责不同的产品线，是Kate的部属。David是美国总部负责监管亚洲区各个国家的产品，Andy是他的助理，Sara是美国总部的产品经理。他们事先以E-mail约好下午3点召开电话会议，由中国团队向美国总部报告下一季的产品计划。
Kate: May I speak to David please?
可以请戴维听电话吗？
David: Speaking.
请讲。
Kate: Hi, David. This is Kate. Lucy and Vicky are in my office already. Are you ready for the conference call?
嗨，戴维。我是凯特。露西及薇琪已经在我的办公室。你们准备好可以进行电话会议了吗？
David: Sure. Andy is at my desk. Let me call Sara. Hold on.
当然。安迪在我的座位前。让我打电话给莎拉。稍候。
（Ring...）
（电话铃响……）
Sara: Sara, speaking.
我是莎拉，请讲。
David: Sara, we are going to do the conference call with China team now. Can I conference you now?
莎拉，我们正要和中国团队进行电话会议。我现在可以把你加入电话会议吗？
Sara: OK, no problem.
好的，没问题。
…… ……
David: Can everybody hear me?
大家都听得到我的声音吗？
All: Yes.
是的。
David: Kate, Lucy and Vicky are on the phone from China. On our side, I have Sara and Andy with me.
中国那边凯特、露西和维基已经在线。我们这边有莎拉、安迪和我。
China team: Hello, Sara, Andy and David.
哈啰，莎拉、安迪和戴维。
David: Great. The purpose of today's conference call is to understand your product plan for the next quarter.
