当我们谈论某人或某事怪怪的时，有一个最恰当的英语单词：weird，怪怪的，它可以用来形容一个人，也可以描述一件事有些蹊跷。

Tony is a little weird, be careful when you're talking to him. 托尼这人有点怪，和他谈话时要小心点。
