今年“社会融资”或达18万亿

Aggregate private financing will amount to 18 trillion yuan in 2015. The figure is 13.6% up on last year, according to a report by the Bank of Communications Tuesday, alongside a 12.5% expansion of M2.

交通银行发布报告称，2015年，我国社会融资总额将达18万亿元，同比增速13.6%，全年广义货币增速12.5%。

“社会融资”即private financing，也译作“民间融资”，它是反映国内资金总量的流动性指标(liquidity measure)。社会融资总量除了包含金融机构新增贷款(new loans)外，还进一步纳入股票、债券融资(stock financing and bond financing)等。明年各类直接融资(direct financing)活跃度也将持续提升。

报告认为，2015年货币政策(monetary policy)将继续稳健偏松，上半年不排除小幅降息(the interest rates will be cut by a small margin)的可能。报告预计，2015年存款准备金率可能会有0.5至1.5个百分点的下调(the required reserve ratio will be cut by 0.5-1.5 percentage points)。
