博鳌亚洲论坛十大关键词（2/2）

本届年会将成为让世界认识“新常态”理念的又一个窗口。中国经济的新常态有几个主要特点：速度——"从高速增长转为中高速增长"(the economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth)，结构——"经济结构不断优化升级"(the economic structure is constantly improved and upgraded)，动力——"从要素驱动、投资驱动转向创新驱动"(the economy is increasingly driven by innovation instead of input and investment)。

7. Silk Road 丝绸之路

本届论坛期间或将公布“一带一路(One Belt One Road)”战略的具体实施规划。亚洲基础设施投资银行和丝路基金(Silk Road Fund)将为该战略的实施提供支持。

8. Regional cooperation 区域合作

区域合作一直是近几年的中心话题，今年的区域合作将突出“一带一路”战略、与东盟国家协作以及命运共同体。论坛期间将举行中国—东盟海洋合作年(The Year of China-ASEAN Maritime Cooperation)启动仪式。

9. Pollution 污染

随着亚洲各国经济快速发展，污染也成为愈发紧迫的一个问题。本届论坛将探讨通过司法的力量解决污染问题的方法，同时还将讨论雾霾与健康(smog and health,)、地下水(underground water)、土壤污染与复原(soil pollution and rehabilitation)以及可持续发展(sustainable development)。

10. Transformation 转型

转型将是本届年会的一个重要关键词。本届论坛将关注中国经济在新常态下的转型(transformation of the "new normal" for the Chinese economy)、出口国身份转型(exporters' transformation)以及香港贸易和物流升级(Hong Kong's trade and logistics upgrade)。
