Friendsourcing refers to gathering information, recommendations, and other feedback from a trusted group of online peers.

人脉资源指在信任的网友中收集信息、推荐资源以及接收反馈等行为。

For example:

I wish I could share my googling with my Twitter list, they'd know what I'm trying to accomplish, and they could jump in. That's friendsourcing. And when I need help, I am looking more and more to a blend of humans and machines.

我希望把我在google上搜索过的条目都跟我的Twitter好友共享，这样他们就会知道我在做什么事，也可能会出手相助。这就是人脉资源。我需要帮助的时候，我越来越倾向于找通过电脑彼此连接的人们帮忙。
