习近平主席的APEC、越老之行，满满都是情谊！

2017年11月10日至14日，中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平赴越南岘港出席亚太经合组织(APEC)第二十五次领导人非正式会议，并对越南和老挝进行国事访问。

这是党的十九大之后，习近平主席首次出访并在国际多边舞台发出中国声音、并就亚太地区当下面临的问题提出中国方案。

无论是在APEC工商领导人峰会演讲，还是与越共中央总书记会谈，或者是跟老挝国家主席会谈，习近平主席都表达了中国对亚太整体发展的关切，以及作为全球第二大经济体的责任担当。

中国与APEC共建亚太大家庭

亚太是全球经济最大的板块，也是世界经济增长的一个主要引擎。工商界是促进经济增长的生力军，是新发展理念的探索者、实践者。

Our region, the Asia-Pacific, has the biggest share of the global economy; and it is a major engine driving global growth. The business community is a primary contributor to growth, as it keeps exploring new ways of development.

China and Vietnam are close neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends sharing weal and woe, good comrades with similar ideals and beliefs, and good partners for win-win cooperation.

中越两国都坚持共产党领导，坚持社会主义道路，加强团结合作，共谋发展繁荣，符合两国人民根本利益，也有利于本地区乃至世界和平、稳定、发展。

The fact that China and Vietnam both follow the leadership of Communist parties and socialist road, jointly strengthen solidarity and cooperation, as well as seek prosperity, is in line with the fundamental interests of both peoples and conducive to the peace, stability and development of the region and the world.

To guide the development of the bilateral ties, the two sides should hold the general direction of China-Vietnam relationship, enhance people-to-people exchanges, cement popular support of the bilateral ties, and firmly safeguard friendly cooperation between the two countries, so as to ensure that the relations between the two parties and two countries will always advance on the right track.
