Ten cities including Chengdu, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Xi'an and Guangzhou, have been listed as the happiest cities in China this year. Education, employment, income, social welfare, healthcare, living conditions, and environment all concern the people's sense of happiness and they are the key criteria in making the list.

今年的幸福感城市调查推选的活动历时3个多月，经过大数据采集、问卷调查、材料申报、专家评审等多个环节的严格遴选，成都、杭州、宁波、西安、广州、长沙、温州、台州、铜川、徐州等10座城市被推选为“2019中国最具幸福感城市”;佛山市南海区、广州市天河区、广州市黄埔区、宁波市鄞州区、深圳市南山区、江苏省太仓市、广州市南沙区、湖南省长沙县、舟山市普陀区、浙江省慈溪市10座县级城市(区)被推选为“2019中国最具幸福感城市”(县级)。杭州作为唯一连续13年入选“中国最具幸福感城市”的城市，被组委会授予“幸福示范标杆城市”荣誉。

此次活动的评价体系以主观调查、调研与客观数据挖掘分析相结合，打造基于大数据的城市幸福感指标体系，包括就业、居民收入、生态环境、城市吸引力、公共安全、生活品质、教育、医疗等一级指标，及上百个二级细分指标。其中，网络调查依据城市幸福感指标体系，通过网络抓取与幸福感有关的城市画像和人的行为数据，覆盖10亿网民和200万用户画像;主观调查涉及60万人。

【重要讲话】

我了解人民群众最关心的就是教育、就业、收入、社保、医疗、养老、居住、环境等方面的事情，大家有许多收获，也有不少操心事、烦心事。我们的民生工作还有不少不如人意的地方，这就要求我们增强使命感和责任感，把为人民造福的事情真正办好办实。各级党委、政府和干部要把老百姓的安危冷暖时刻放在心上，以造福人民为最大政绩，想群众之所想，急群众之所急，让人民生活更加幸福美满。

I am aware of the people's biggest concerns, such as education, employment, income, social security, healthcare, old-age security, housing and the environment. Though progress has been made, issues of public concern remain. Our efforts at improving people's well-being have not always been satisfactory. That is why we should strengthen our sense of responsibility, and do a good job of ensuring the people's well-being. The Party committees, governments, and officials at all levels must constantly hold in their hearts the interests and concerns of the people, and regard the benefit of the people as their greatest political achievement; they must think for the people, respond to their needs, and work for the greater happiness of the people.
