中国国家医疗保障局近日发布《2019年全国医疗保障事业发展统计公报》。数据显示，2019年全国基本医疗保险参保率稳定在95%以上。2019年参加职工基本医疗保险3.29亿人，参加全国城乡居民基本医疗保险10.2亿人。

More than 95 percent of Chinese were covered by the country's national basic medical insurance programs in 2019, according to statistics released by the National Healthcare Security Administration. 医疗保障是减轻群众就医负担、增进民生福祉、维护社会和谐稳定的重大制度安排。党中央、国务院高度重视人民健康，建立了覆盖全民的基本医疗保障制度。党的十八大以来，全民医疗保障制度改革持续推进，在破解看病难、看病贵问题上取得了突破性进展。

《2019年全国医疗保障事业发展统计公报》显示，2019年，全国基本医保基金总收入24421亿元人民币，比上年增长10.2%;全国基本医保基金总支出20854亿元，比上年增长12.2%;全国基本医保基金累计结存27697亿元。2019年，全国医疗救助基金支出502.2亿元，资助参加基本医疗保险8751万人。截至2019年底，农村建档立卡贫困人口参保率达到99.9%以上。
