The new century will bid farewell to the traditional agraian society and greet a highly developed industrialized and informationized era.Agriculture will be highly mechanized. Industries will be further revolutionized and become more advanced.All walks of life will be computerized.Every person may be able to own a computer,and there maybe a robot in every household,which can help people do a lot of things.Education will be immensely mordernized and become more efficient through the use of compers and other advanced facilities.Every child will enjoy compulsory education.Society will become more civilized because almost everybody will be well educated and people's material and spiritual life will be propelled to a higher order.With many activities being conducted at home and all types of information being easily available,life in the new century will naturally grow more colorful,more convenient,and more exciting.

However,while we are enjoying the remarkable wonders of the new century ,we may be suffering from environmental pollution,green house effect,etc.Therefore ,we must overcome these troubles by further advancing science and technology.Furthermore ,although life in the new era will become simplified and more convenient ,yet there will surely be strains and pressures,for the new century will be more keenly competitive and challenging.

Prospects of the new era are indeed excting and thrilling.But we should be fully prepared to meet the new competitions and challenges.It is necessary to possess the essential qualities required by the new era.In order to become qualified masters of the new century,we absolutely need to acquaire a solid grasp of specialized knowledge and skills and a sound development of creative qualities by working hard ,studying well,and making rapid progress everday.
