Tucked away in one of New Delhi hidden shopping areas, a small business selling knick-knacks made out of recycled material.

The mission to fill up a gap or shortage or products made out of recycled materials in India,

这家公司的使命是填补一个在印度由回收材料制成的产品空白或短缺,

hence the brand name,Green the Gap.

因此其品牌名称是用绿色填补差距。

But this little known Indian enterpriseis now going head to head with a giant multi-national, receiving a legal notice from San Francisco based retailer, Gap.

但就是这样一家鲜为人知的印度企业现在却因为收到一家总部位于旧金山巨大的跨国零售商Gap的法律通告而被广泛传播。

What's your reaction when you receive this legal notice from Gap?

I was surprised and I was angry that how a corporation like Gap which is so huge to get offended by a small entity factory like Green the Gap .

The notice accused eco-entrepreneur,Vimlendu Jha of adopting the name gap in his company's products and website with "mollified intention to take undue advantage of Gap'sreputation and good will.

John says the claims are unwarranted.

The notice also ordered John to stop using the word in any manner.
