LANDLADY:Oh, hi. You must be Nina.

LANDLADY:Sorry I'm late. Did you find your way alright?

NINA:I did, thanks. Your directions were very clear.

LANDLADY:Good, just must find the keys. Ok, well let me show you around. This is the living room. You can put a sofa over here, and a coffee table there. OK?
