对于年轻人来说，出国留学是个很好的选择。

Young people should seize every chance to enrich their knowledge and skills. Studying abroad is a good choice. First of all, studying abroad enables young people to keep in close touch with foreign people and different cultures. What's more, it's an easy way to master(精通) a language when you live there.

年轻人应该抓住一切机会来丰富自己的学识，增强自身的技能，而出国留学是个很好的选择。一方面，出国留学可以使年轻人与外国人、外国文化近距离接触。另一方面，居住国外是掌握一门外语的最佳方式。

As everybody knows, the employment situation for young people is becoming more and more serious. If you have obtained a degree in a foreign country, you can gam a competitive edge(竞争优势) in job-hunting. Therefore, for young people, studying abroad is a good choice.

众所周知，对于年轻人而言，目前的就业状况日益严峻。如果能在国外拿到学位，那将为个人的求职带来一些相对的优势。因此，出国留学是年轻人一个很好的选择。

The value of foreign diploma has depreciated.

“洋文凭”已经开始贬值了。

Nowadays, more and more students are going to study abroad to pursue( 获得) a foreign degree, which has caused the depreciation of foreign diplomas. Therefore, young people should pay more attention to improve their knowledge and skills to gain a comparative edge in job-seeking, rather than to depend on foreign diplomas.

如今，随着出国留学生人数的激增，洋文凭已经开始贬值。因此， 年轻人与其把精力花在如何出国这个问题上，还不如抓紧时间增强自己在知识及技能方面的竞争力。

With the development of China, the educational level has been improved by our government and society. In this sense, we can also obtain a high-quality education in our country. To some extent, I think it's not necessary to pursue a degree in foreign countries.

中国的发展使得国内的教育质量得到了提高。在国内我们同样可以获得高质量的教育。因此，从某种程度上讲，我们没必要去获得一个洋文凭。
