应当鼓励大学生自主创业。
As we all know, the population of college graduates is increasing year after year, which makes their employment situation more serious. In order to solve problem, it's a good idea to encourage them to be self-employed.
众所周知，如今大学生的数量与是俱增，这使大学生的就业形势更加严峻。为解决这一难题，最好的办法就是鼓励大学生自主创业。
Self-employment is an attractive choice and a good way for college students to start careers. When they are working for themselves rather than other peop1e, they will have more enthusiasm(热情) and passion, which are the key factors to achieve success.
对于大学生而言，自主创业是一个极具吸引力的选择，也是一个良好的职业开端。当他们为自己而不是他人工作时，会投入更大的激情，而这恰恰是获得成功的关键因素。
It's unpractical for college students to be self-employed.
大学生自主创业是不现实的。
Many people say that self-employment has a lot of advantages, but in my opinion, it's impractical(不现实的) for college students to be self-employed since they have little experience in managing a business. They are not familiar with the real business world, which is totally different from their campuses.
尽管很多人认为自主创业有很多好处。但在我看来，对于毫无从商经验的大学生来说，自主创业是非常不现实的。商业环境和校园环境是截然不同的，因此大学生对商业圈会感到非常陌生。
Running a business is not easy, it needs different knowledge and skills, such as management, marketing, finance, human resources and so on. However, for most college students, they just specialize in a certain field. Therefore, they should find jobs first before running their own business.
创业是非常不容易的，需要涉及到多方面的知识、技能，比如，管理、营销、财务、人力资源等等。但是大多数学生仅仅精通某一方面，因此，大学生毕业后应该先找工作再去创业。
