　　1.Thucydides

　　Thucydides ( c. 460 – c. 395 BC) was an Athenian historian, political philosopher and general. HisHistory of the Peloponnesian War recounts the 5th century BC war between Sparta and Athens to the year 411 BC. Thucydides has been dubbed the father of "scientific history" because of his strict standards of evidence-gathering and analysis in terms of cause and effect without reference to intervention by the gods, as outlined in his introduction to his work.

Weber is often cited, with émile Durkheim and Karl Marx, as among the three founding creators of sociology.

　　马克西米利安·卡尔·艾米尔·韦伯(1864年4月21日-1920年6月14日)，小名马克斯·韦伯,是德国的政治经济学家、社会学家、哲学家，他被公认是现代社会学和公共行政学最重要的创始人之一。韦伯最初在柏林洪堡大学开始教职生涯，并陆续于维也纳大学、慕尼黑大学等大学任教。他对于当时德国的政界影响极大，曾前往凡尔赛会议代表德国谈判，并且参与了魏玛共和国宪法(即魏玛宪法)的起草设计。
