　　1.some和any作定语：

　　这样用时有些字典标作形容词，有些字典标作限定词。它们表示“一定数量”，相当于“一些”，“几个”等，some用于肯定句(a)，any用于疑问句(b)或否定句(c)，可用来修饰可数名词：

　　a.She borrowed some magazines.

　　她借了几本杂志。

　　We invited some friends to the party.

　　我们邀请了一些朋友来参加晚会。

　　b.Do you need any reference books?

　　你需要什么参考书吗?

　　Did you buy any apples?

　　你买苹果了吗?

　　c.She didn't make any mistakes in her homework.

　　她作业没出错。

　　He hasn't got any picture-books.

　　他没有什么小人书。

　　some和any也可用来修饰不可数名词：

　　a.She ate some ice-cream.

　　她吃了一些冰淇淋。

　　I opened the window to let in some fresh air.

　　我打开窗子放进一些新鲜空气。

　　b.Did mother send you any money?

　　妈给你寄钱了吗?

　　Shall we buy any fruit?

　　我们要不要买些水果?

　　c.He didn't buy any orange juice.

　　他没买橘汁。

　　We haven't had any rain this month.

　　这个月没下过雨。

　　2.some可用作代词，在句中用作主语(a)或宾语(b)：

　　a.Some(of us)are from Guangzhou.

　　(我们)有些人是广州人。

　　Some sing or play the guitar.

　　有些人唱歌或是弹吉他。

　　b.Let me have some.

　　给我一点。

　　We have to get some.

　　我们得去弄点来。

　　3.any也可这样用，在句中作主语(a)或宾语(b)，主要用在疑问句(a)和否定句(b)中：

　　a.Is there any left?

　　还有剩的吗?

　　Does any of them know the answer?

　　他们有谁知道答案吗?

　　b.Thanks，I don't want any.

　　谢谢，我不要了。

　　I don't think any of us has seen it.

　　我想我们没有人看到过它。

　　在委婉询问别人需要什么时用some而不用any：

　　Would you like some tea or coffee?

　　要和点儿茶还是咖啡?
