第十八章 宾语 物主代词

　　1 .英与唯主要有下面这些物主代词：

　　2 .形容词型的物主代词只能用作定语，如：

　　This is my ( our ) room and that one is his ( their ) room .

　　这是我(们)的房间，那是他(们的房间)。

　　What is her ( your , its)name ?她(你，它)叫什么名字?

　　在汉语中“我的”、“你的”等词有时可以省掉，在英语中却常需加物主代词：

　　Don t put your hands in your pockets .不要把手揣在口袋里。

　　close your books .把书合上。

　　He opened his eyes and looked around .他睁开眼睛往周围望了望。

　　3 .名词型的物主代词相当于“物主代词+名词”，在句子中可用轰：

　　l )表语：

　　This pen is mine , not his .这是我的笔，不是他的笔。

　　This umbrella is yours and that one is hers .这把伞是你的，那把伞是她的。

　　2 )主语：

　　Their ( our ) apartment is bigger than ours ( theirs ) .

　　他(我)们的住房比我(他)们的大。

　　3 )宾语：

　　Let's clean his ( their ) room first , and mine ( ours ) later .

　　咱们先打扫他(们)的房间，再打一扫我(们)的房间。

　　I like your plan better than his ( theirs ) .

　　我更喜欢你的计划，胜过他(们)的计划。

　　此外还可与of 连用作定语：

　　He is a close friend of mine.(ours ) .他是我(们)的一位亲密朋友。

　　That daughter of his ( hers ) is very cute .他(她)的那个女儿非常可爱。

　　yours 还常用在书信末尾：

　　Your , Sincerely (或sincerely yours )你诚挚的朋友
