父亲的生日-家里-亲戚

The day after tomorrow is father's seventieth birthday.My sife Jamie had sent invitations to all our relatives.Uncle Jonathan in San Jose will drive up here,but people like Aunty Judy in Seattle or Aunty Jean in Denver are too far from San Francisco and must catch a plane.

后天是父亲的七十岁生日。我的妻子素咪已经发了邀请函给所有我们的亲戚。在圣荷西的强那生叔叔将开车过来，但是像在西雅图的茱蒂姨妈或是在丹佛的吉恩姨妈这些人，都离旧金山太远了，必须搭乘飞机(过来)。

One of Father's brothers-in-law,who operates a hotel,said he can give us discounts for using their ballroom,but the details are being managed by Mom.

父亲的一个姐(妹)夫开了一家旅馆，他说我们(如果)使用他们的(旅馆)的宴会厅时可以给我们打折，但具体的细节则由妈妈去处理。

Besides the relatives,we will also be expecting many family frinds and employees from his company.I am responsible for contacting those who will be attending.It was not as easy as I thought,because there were too many people to call or e-mail.
