Ami: I need somebody to come over and fix my Internet.

Assistant: We have Internet plans starting from $10 a month to $150 a month.

Assistant: You could get the $50 monthly plan. It’ll give you unlimited download at a speed of 4 MBPS.

Ami: That sounds good. I think I will order that.

Service Representative : A Service Representative is a person who is at your location to install, configure, or repair a system.

Internet Connection : It is the connection by the means of which you are able to connect to the internet.

Connection Problems: When you are unable to connect to the internet or phone because of several different reasons.

Wifi Signal : It is a wireless internet connection that is mostly used these days.

Surf : Surfing means to be engaged in looking at a variety of things casually, especially while browsing the internet or television connections.

Dial-up Connection : Dial-up access is just like a phone connection, except that the parties at the two ends are computer devices rather than people.

DSL Connection : It means a digital subscriber line, which is much faster than a regular phone connection.

Phone Line : It is a telephone connection.

Recommend : To recommend means to advise or suggest something as a course of action.

Order : The arrangement or disposition of people or things in relation to each other according to a particular sequence, pattern or method.

Cable Internet : It's the internet access via the cable companies.

Unlimited Download : This means you can download as much as you like.
