　　由罗马皇帝建于公元313年,现在阿尔及利亚的一块岩石高地上。其著名建筑有罗马城堡和一个19世纪的摩尔人宫殿。 Constantine was built in AD 313 by the Roman Emperor standing on a rocky plateau now in Algeria. Among the notable buildings are a Roman citadel and a19th century Moorish palace.
