In accordance with Argentina's constitution, Mille won the second round of voting, and his running mate, Representative Victoria Villarruel, was elected vice president.

If no candidate is elected who meets the requirements for direct election, the two candidates with the highest percentage of votes will enter the second round of voting, and the one with the highest number of votes in the second round will be elected.
