A fire has left at least 11 people dead and over 20 others injured in a shopping mall in Pakistan's port city of Karachi.

Rescue workers said that the fire occurred at about 6:30 on the 25th, the fourth floor to the sixth floor of the shopping center was engulfed by fire, more than 40 people have escaped, and there are no reports of more casualties.

Authorities say some of the injured are in critical condition.
