Xinhua News Agency, Brussels, February 1 (Reporter Fu Yiming) European Council President Charles Michel said on social media on February 1 that the EU reached an agreement at a special summit held in the Belgian capital Brussels on the same day to provide 50 billion euros in aid to Ukraine.
