be on a first-name basis 关系很好，可以随便叫名字

　　be on 表示“放在……上面”，“处于某种状态中”。be on the way 表示正在路上。be on the phone call 表示正在通话，另外，在饭店说 be on somebody 的话就表示“我来买单”。
