hold somebody (sth) in one's hand 将……握在手中

　　这是 hold 最基本的含义，使用频率也最高。hold 为“将某物握在手中”的意思，可以接各种副词，如 in one's hand, in one's arms 等。当然，可以用 hold+something 表示“抓住某物”。
