set (somebody) to work 开始做事

　　set to work 表示热情而果断地开始工作。反之像 set sb to work 一样，如果 set 后面的宾语为别人时就表示让对方做不情愿做的事情。

　　例句：

　　How about we set to work right now?

　　我们现在开始工作怎么样？

　　I set the kids to work on their textbooks.

　　我让孩子们看课本去了。

　　Let's set them to work painting the house.

　　让他们给房子刷漆吧。

　　I'll set you to work organizing the files.
