1．在客人进入酒吧后，服务人员要及时递上酒单供客人选择，不要催促。如：

Here is the drink list, please take your time. 这是点单，慢慢看。

We have a new menu. 我们有新的酒单。

I'll return to take your order in a while. 一会再为您服务。

2．在客人点酒时，服务员要对客人加以关注。若客人面露难色，服务员应及时进行推荐，向客人推荐店里的特色或是比较受欢迎的酒品。如：

Would you like to have a try of cocktail? 你想不想尝试一下鸡尾酒？

Could I give you some suggestion？You should have a try of our cocktail. 我给您一些建议好吗？你可以来一杯鸡尾酒尝尝。

The cocktail is on sale. 这款鸡尾酒正在热卖。

若客人自行点酒，在点完单后服务员一定要把各方面细节询问清楚，比如说是否加冰等。如：

With ice or not, sir? 先生，加冰吗？

Black coffee, sir? 先生，是纯咖啡吗？

Some milk and sugar, please? 要牛奶和糖吗？

3．在客人结账时，服务员可顺便询问一下客人对酒吧的感受和建议，并诚恳虚心地接受客人提议。如：

How do you like the drink？您觉得怎么样？

I hope there won't be any mistake next time. 我希望下次不会再出错。

I'm glad to hear that. 很高兴听你的评论。

I'm sure we will do better next time. 我保证下次会做得更好。
