朝辞白帝彩云间， 千里江陵一日还。

两岸猿声啼不住， 轻舟已过万重山。

From the walls of Baidi high in the coloured dawn

To Jiangling by night-fall is three hundred miles,

Yet monkeys are still calling on both banks behind me

To my boat these ten thousand mountains away.
