Across the stream I call for boat;
隔水呼舟，
Where can I pick sweet blossoms afloat?
采香何处追游好？
Spring beauty chiefly depends on flowers.
一年春事二分花，
How few have not fallen in showers!
犹有花多少？
I will not miss the splendid bygone day,
容易繁华过了，
But enjoy before the fallen reds are swept away.
趁园林飞红未扫。
Let me drink the old wine anew,
旧醒新醉，
For several days you’re out of view.
几日不来，
Sweet grass in willows’ shade spreads out for you.
