《蜨蝶行》是汉代乐府诗歌。是汉代汉乐府中一首寓言歌谣。无辜的蝴蝶，它似乎借喻着某类女子。蝴蝶被“劫”的去处，又是在“深宫”，那就是说，酿成这场悲剧的地方，是在宫深似海的侯王之家。

蜨蝶之遨游东园，
奈何卒逢三月养子燕，
接我苜蓿间。
持之我入紫深宫中，
行缠之傅欂护间。
雀来燕，
燕子见衔脯来，
摇头鼓翼，
何轩奴轩。

A Butterfly Caught by a Swallow

A butterfly, flitting through the eastern garden,
I am caught among the clover
By a swallow foraging for her young in spring!

She carries me off deep into the purple palace
And wheels around the captical of a pillar;
Her fledging hop for joy

At sight of the food in her break,
Craning their needs and eargerly flapping their wings.
