45.元旦

　　January 1st isNew Year's Day. It's a great day for all the people throughout the world. Asthe saying goes, "A good beginning is half the battle". So, manypeople go all out to celebrate the important day. On that day, I went to theBook City with my classmates. We bought a lot of useful reference books andinteresting story books. I believe "Knowledge is power". I hope I canlearn a lot from these books and improve my study. In the evening, my familyhad a big dinner party. All the members in my family wished me a good luck inthe new year.

1月1日是元旦。对全世界的人来说，这是一个伟大的日子。俗话说，“良好的开端是成功的一半”。所以，很多人都全力以赴去庆祝这个重要的日子。在那一天，我和我的同学去了书城。我们买了很多有用的参考书和有趣的故事书。我相信“知识就是力量”。我希望我能从这些书中学到很多东西，提高我的学习。在晚上，我的家人有一个大的晚餐聚会。在我家所有的成员祝我在新的一年里好运。
