169.My Family

　　Everyonehas a family. We live in it and feel very warm. There are three persons in myfamily, my mother, father and I. We live together very happily and there aremany interesting stories about my family.

　　My fatheris a hard-working man. He works as a doctor. He always tries his best to helpevery, patient and make patients comfortable. But sonetimes he works so hardthat he can't remember the date.

　　My motheris a woman with a bad memory. She always does a lot of housework, but sometimesshe makes mistakes out of carelessness. For example, one day, she washedclothes in the washer, after the washer finished the work, she found she hadn'tfilled the washer with water.

　　Now let metell you a funny thing: one day, father wanted to get up early as usual, buthewasn't able to do that, because he hadn't set the alarm clock the night before,so when he got up, he did everything in a hurry. After father left, mother saidto me mysteriously, "He will come back soon." "Why?" I wasgreatly surprised. "Because today is Sunday, his holiday!" Just asmother said, father came back home soon, and went to bed again--he was tootired.

我的家人

每个人都有家庭。我们住在里面，感觉很温暖。我的家庭有三口人，我的妈妈，爸爸和我。我们幸福地生活在一起，有很多关于我的家庭的有趣的故事。

我的父亲是一个勤劳的人。他是一名医生。他总是尽他最大的努力帮助每一个病人，使病人舒适。但有时他工作太努力，他不记得日期。

我妈妈是一个记性不好的女人。她总是做很多家务，但有时她由于粗心而犯错误。例如，有一天，她在洗衣机里洗衣服，在洗衣机完成工作后，她发现她没有在洗衣机里装满水。

现在让我告诉你一件有趣的事:有一天，父亲想像往常一样早起，但他做不到，因为他前一天晚上没有设置闹钟，所以当他起床时，他匆匆忙忙地做了所有的事情。爸爸走后，妈妈神秘地对我说:“他很快就会回来的。”“为什么?”我非常惊讶。“因为今天是星期天，他的假期!”就在妈妈说着的时候，爸爸很快就回来了，又上床睡觉了——他太累了。
