心涛：医生，我今天骑自行车不小心摔倒了。不但崴了脚，更严重的是现在左胳膊动不了了。

医生：我看看。嗯……脚踝和胳膊都已经肿了。

心涛：严重吗？

医生：脚踝只是扭伤，没什么事。

心涛：那胳膊呢，不会是骨折了吧？

医生：这得拍个X光片子才能确定。

心涛：要是真的骨折了怎么办啊？

医生：那就得打石膏了。
